A goal is a wish until something can be seen happening.

Write what you want to change, and then the part that actually matters: what has happened when you have tried. How many times, how long it lasted, what went wrong the last time. This page reads that in your browser first — free, before anything is charged — and tells you what it found.

This is not therapy, not a therapist and not medical advice. It is a planning tool. It cannot know you, it does not diagnose anything, and it will not write a plan about your safety, about someone who is frightening you, or about a goal that is really a medical matter. If any of those is what is going on, it will say so and point you somewhere better.

In your own words. It is fine if it is vague — turning it into something observable is the first thing this does.

The attempts, not the intentions. How many times, how long it lasted, where it stopped. This is the field that decides whether the plan is about you or about anybody.

Optional. If you are not sure, leave it — the plan will say so rather than guess.

The action is sized to this, so pick the one you would actually plan inside.
